Shipping methods

• Collection from the store: FREE. It is important to contact us in advance to find out about product availability.
• Shipping by courier: With a graduated charge depending on the weight of the products you have chosen, the cost is calculated and the duration of the order completion (you know this before the order is completed).
• DELIVERY WITH OUR MEANS: This method is valid only for orders within Athens.
• DELIVERY TO A TRANSPORT COMPANY OF YOUR PREFERENCE: The customer is charged for the transport of the transport company he indicates to us.

“Totomis Evangelos” does not bear any responsibility for disasters or losses from a transport company or courier company indicated by the customer.
The way of shipment can be changed by “Totomis Evangelos” if it deems it necessary, harmful, unprofitable or dangerous for the safety & the correct & timely delivery of the products to the customer (in any case there is information).

Products that are immediately available, are sent within 24 hours unless judged by the company “Totomis Evangelos” “another way of shipping more appropriate or safer.

Products that are not immediately available and which are a special order, are sent in a short time with prior notice to the customer.

If the delivery area is inaccessible to the courier company, or there are other problems that do not depend on us, the delivery time may be increased.

SHIPPING WITH COURIER TO REMOTE-ACCESSIBLE AREAS IS MADE WITHOUT ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGE.

Delivery is possible on Saturday, provided your area is served by the courier company and by prior arrangement! (You must indicate it in the comments of your order)
